stylistic: searching for groups of related words that define some
area of interest (e.g., ‘sunset’, ‘colours’, ‘ghosts’, etc.) to see in
what context and how an author uses them

lexicographical: searching for all occurences of a word to see how
it is used, in what contexts, by what groups of speakers/writers, with
what other words (collocations and idioms)

linguistic: searching for particular grammatical patterns to see
where and how they are used.
