Computer Tools and Applications

This course was held in the Sommersemester 2000 - Universität Bremen - Anglistik

Welcome to the website for the Computer Tools and Applications course. The contents of this reflects the material covered in the course and provide links to some of the tools and resources that we discuss in class. It also provides step-by-step instructions for some of the lab work and pointers and references to background reading.

The course sessions were held on Tuesdays either in GW2-B2820 or in the FB10 CIP lab (GW2-A3390). You can see where the session for each week was held by checking below.

By special request: a single-file copy of the contents of these web pages in Acrobat format can be downloaded here. Remember, you need the Acrobat viewer to look at this file and that the hyperlinks within the file still work. The file does not contain embedded documents, such as the Wordsmith manual or the long set of Powerpoint overheads for NLG from Ehud Reiter: these can be obtained separately if required. The downloadable Acrobat file is zipped (4.1Mb).
