There are several assignment possibilities; for example:
Instructions for installing grammars: if you had not already downloaded the grammar 'TRANSITIVITY', then you will also need to tell KPML where to be able to find it. One way of doing this is described in the first tutorial that we did concerning the Titles grammar.This relies on you copying grammars to a floppy disk.
Another, slightly more complicated (but more professional!) way of telling the program where your grammars are is by changing the file kpmlconf.novice which should be placed in the same folder that you downloaded the KPML program to (possibly C:\temp). You have to change the first line of this file to show where the new grammar is. Save this file when you have changed it: make sure that its name is not changed! This is the only change that you need to make. After this you go to the
File menu in the Development window and click the option "Reload KPML configuration file", i.e., the one below the one highlighted in blue in this figure.
When you have done this, clicking again on Load Resources should show your new grammar in place.
