The resources for this example (i.e., the grammars) are already included. But you can also download them separately (for editing and changing as we see in some later tutorials) in the startup package for KPML that can be downloaded here.
If you are attempting to following this tutorial through on a different KPML image* altogether, then you should first install the resources as described in the general documentation and then load them as required. A summary of how to do this is given here.
